A new report has Chris Brown’s ex linked up with the rising rap star, who also happens to be friends with Chris! Is this relationship doomed before it even really starts?
Karrueche Tran got backstage for Kendrick Lamar’s concert at Roseland Ballroom on Feb. 26, but she was reportedly there as more than just a fan!

Karrueche sent out tweets of total bliss during Kendrick’s concert: “Ain’t no feeling like living,” she first tweeted, followed by another life-affirming message: “Living = happiness.”

Reportedly, Karrueche was there as Kendrick’s “stylist,” but that was just a coverup — she was really there as Kendrick’s personal guest!

According to Media Takeout, Kae and Kendrick’s relationship has just gotten off the ground, so the two are taking things slowly. But they are reportedly very into each other and very interested in seeing where the relationship goes.

Kendrick Lamar’s career has blown up in the past year — he went from being a little-known Los Angeles rapper to being one of the biggest in the world, his debut album good kid, m.A.A.d. city earning all-around rave reviews. Looks like the success is translating to his personal life!

An interesting side plot in this developing relationship is that Kendrick is close friends with Chris Brown! Just a few weeks ago Karrueche and Chris hung out during NBA All-Star weekend.

Though Chris seems to have fully moved on from Karrueche back to Rihanna, it must be a little awkward to see a friend out with his ex.

And we all know how upset Chris can get about a rapper hooking up with one of his exes!

We’ll have to stay tuned to see if Kae and Kendrick’s budding relationship causes friction between the rapper and CB.
